In order to facilitate the implementation of a measurement culture. with a view to continuously improving clinical effectiveness, efficiency and quality of care, the ECA-Multi is equipped with a tool that designs and generates scorecards (multilevel) and ad-hoc reports. It thereby provides clinical teams and managers to define and monitor in direct a series of performance indicators by way of graphic scorecards.
